Who we are

This site is operated by VO evolution ("we", "us"), which runs the VO evolution Beauty Truck, a mobile bridal hair and makeup service based in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico. You can reach us at sales@vo-evolution.com or on (+52) 1 984 179 4193.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us through the availability form on this site:

• The bride's name
• The wedding date
• Your email address
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Where the bride is staying, and the wedding venue
• Anything else you choose to write in the message field

We also collect anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. These statistics do not identify you personally.

Why we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry, confirm whether we are available for your date, and arrange your service if you decide to book. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our team through Zapier, which passes the information to our internal systems. If you choose to continue the conversation on WhatsApp, that exchange is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Website statistics are processed by Google Analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to sales@vo-evolution.com and we will respond.

Cookies
